Seriously, Parker is NOT a #2 WR. Our whole team played like sh*t last night, but he seriously sucked. Instead of being pissed off after he missed a catch his big ass gap teeth were smiling. The one he caught and ran in the endzone was bobbling fluke.

What is the latest on Freddies knee.

Seems like someone told me before the season that Parker, Bo, and Kris Wilson were going to make up for the yards that Morton accounted for last year, and that the team would be better without him. Addition by subtraction.

As much as I disliked Morton, they cut a guy who accounted for a good chunk of yardage and did nothing to replace him.

But... we won't miss him... these other guys are better anyway...

Only one of them has a reception. Even he has more shoulda-caught than caught.

Everyone said we wouldn't miss him... but it sure looks like we could use a nothing-great-but-servicable wideout right about now.

Only if:

1) FredEx can pass protect and run block
2) He can pass rush

What good does another receiver do when our O-line is not giving Trent time to find him?

Now, once again, my memory isn't the best. I thought I remembered hearing preseason the Chiefs asked Mitchell to have knee surgery in the off season, and he refused. after he got cut, he then decided to have knee surgery, so even if we did want him, I am not so sure he would be available to play. But I don't think we want someone that won't listen to the most logical reasoning and have a problem fixed in the off season.

Parker gets open, it's holding onto the ball that's the problem. This is the first time starting for him, he'll get better.

Didn't Wilson and Parker both have catches last night?

Yes, and Bo can't do anything if he isn't activated for the f@king game.

Sorry, he does have 1 catch. His average is up to 2 yards per game.

Parker got a meaningless TD in trash time. I'd trade that for one of those other catches he dropped when we were still in the game.

if he is so great why isn't he on the team?

Because he signed a 1 year deal and got injured.

I think he hasnt really been givin a fair shot by any team.

Please, don't make him out to be this week's Rich Scanlon.

Do you really think FredEx would have made a difference last night?

That's impossible to predict. You know that. But, what it is, is another option from those that don't seem to be working out too great... excluding Kennison of course.

Freddie Mitchell isn't going to get much more than league minimum anyway. So, at this point the risk of signing him is almost zero.

No, but I do think he's a better receiver then he is givin credit for.

Exactly... nothing to lose. The move only has upside.

He would've made the team if he hadnt of got hurt, Vermeil said he was lookin very good. I would like to see competition between him and Parker for the starting other wideout job.

Remember he didnt get along with McNabb, McNabb wanted TO not Mitchell. When your QB doesnt like you then nothin u can do. But I remember readin trents comments that he thought mitchell got done wrong, and that he was a better wideout then he was givin credit for.

Im sure Mitchell will be back and Boe will be gone, sorry go bo.
