As said in another thread Playoff teams need to win their Home games, can we go 8-0 at Arrowhead?

Remaining Home Games

Philly - Tough Game 50/50 on that one
Washington - Win
Oakland - Division Rival, should win at home
New England - Tough Game 50/50 on that one
Denver - Division Rival, should win at home
San Diago - Division Rival, should win at home
Bengals - Tough Game should W

Those are all good teams IMO. But if we are a playoff team we should win 7 of our 8 home games, but I think we are probable looking at 6 Home wins, so we need 5 Road wins to make the playoffs at 11-5.

The remaining Road games are

@ Miami - Should Win
@ San Diago - Loss, Miami one week and SD the Next, yuck
@ Bills -I'm saying win because the don't have a passing game.
@ Houston - Win
@ Dallas - Should be intresting
@ NYG - I'm thinking Win, but will be tough

If we can play like we did Week one at home, and week two on the Road I think we get to 11 games. But the home games are the most important.

This weekend will be the big test. Even if we beat the Eagles though, the Pats will be tough too.

So....yes, we can; but it won't be easy. :shake:

I think the Pats are very beatable. The just don't have "it" this year. I like are chances at Arrowhead.

If not mistaken hasn't 8-0 at Arrowhead been as much of a curse as 13-3.

I'll take 7-1 at Arrowhead and anything but 13-3 overall to get into the play-offs.

I just read today that Bruschi may be back by week 7.The Pats never put him on IR and now with the injury to Harrison.

As for not having "it" I'm not betting against them.

@ Miami - Should Win

Mmmm, I guess we "should" because they have zero offense. But we never play well in Florida, especially Miami, and of course just look what happened to Denver there Week 1.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lost a 19-17 game or something.

Anyway, I still think it's way too early to know what kind of team we have. Part of that is injuries/suspensions. I have a hard time extrapolating three weeks of results over the rest of the season.

I've watched 2 of 3.

I'm not sold on them.

I've heard that shit before, too.

Their comeback against the Steelers, on the road, after losing Matt Light and Rodney Harrison was the definition of "it", IMO. As sickening as it is, they have more "it" than they know what to do with right now.

JMO.

Having said that, I am sure I'll be expecting the Chiefs to kick their asses when the game rolls around.

Edit: Speaking of Patriots, who is that chick on the Visa commercial with Tom Brady and his O-line?

apics should know :D

Eagles - good chance, if we can get at McNabb regularly. Keep TO in check

Pats - very beatable depending on state of both teams then.

I like or chances at home 8-0,7-1/6-2.

Same being said for Chargers/Cincy at year end.

The whole season outlook depends on the next game against Philly. We could blow them out or they could blow us out or it could be close. It is totally unpredictible at this point with the Chiefs. We will all know a lot more after this weekend.
