I was just reading Peter Kings MMQB and he had a few things to say about the game yesterday between the Lions and Bucs. Personally i watched the end of that game and feel the exact same way. The Lions got robbed of a win because the officials overturned the TD call on the field. The problem is, there was no "Indisputable visual evidence" to overturn the call. I see this happen alot in the NFL. The officials are overturning too many calls without 100% visual evidence to overturn. How do you guys feel about it?? Link to the story:

F*ck insant replay. It breaks up the flow of the game. Calls are gonna be blown sometimes. Get over it.

Exactly, so if they are gonna blow calls even with Instant Replay, then they shouldnt use it all. It just drags out the game.

I bet you were singing a different tune after the '97 playoff game when the refs blew three calls, any one of which would have changed the outcome of the game...

So I guess this makes it

Changing incorrect call to correct one: 9,999,999 times

Changing correct call to incorrect one: ONCE

Umm....yeah, I'll take it, thanks.

It's a good thing but they need a trained instant replay looking professional to review plays instead of a regular official who has all these other officials and players and coaches yelling at him what to do. There needs to be a guy up in the booth like in college football

I like instant replay and hope they never get rid of it. I've seen too many messed up calls that replay could fix. I remember once the Seahawks got jobbed because the official saw a helmet cross the one yard line and they called it a touchdown... His helmet.

That play was a f**king travesty.

Didn't they try that in the NFL?
