Been over to FinHeaven a few times. Nice place, though they have their share of unbearable homers, like any board. They've got some great topic titles over there too. "Sign Terrell Buckley to a 1 year deal and we can win the division".

I cannot and will not predict a win in Miami.

For the love of god, let us win, please let us win! but we wont win.

You must still be suffering from a hangover. We smoked them in KC in 02 something like 45-21 or close. The reason I remember is because Green had a 5 TD day that afternoon. :)

In 1997 we lost at Miami, 14-17
In 1995 we lost at Miami, 13-6
In 1994 we lost at Miami, 45-28 and lost at Miami again in the playoffs, 27-17
In 1993 we lost at Miami, 30-10

In 1989, according to the website I'm reading, we played Miami twice, and won 27-24 in the last week of the season? Does that sound right?

Anyway, suffice it to say we haven't won in Miami since Ron Jaworski was on the roster.

I also remember a playoff game with DeBerg (1990?), when the Chiefs went up 16-3, and Marty (strangely enough) sat on the ball.

We lost 17-16.

I'am here to the rescue.
I've lived in Kansas for 38 years, but now make my home in Colorado.
I'll never be a Broncos fan, except for this past weekend when they beat the Patriots, I'll always be a Dolphins fan.
Anyway, I know a ton a Chiefs fans and have been to about 15 games in Arrowhead and I must say that its a great place to watch a game. One thing I'am going to say is good luck and stay healthy. I was at the 2002 game in KC, and have that game on tape, I'll never watch it, but I have it....LOL. I have a few others on tape as well.
Anyway, good luck and stay healthy this weekend.

No, the center didn't sit on the ball, Marty ran the ball up his arse... (strangely enough)

Things have been pretty crazy at work - so I did more of the "scan the board - make one or two posts - and then bail".

But I should be around more often now. :D

Alot of you keep sayin that you dont think you will win... You should be favored... I would favor you... and I am a Fin fan. I mean, we play really well at home and are a completly different team when at home, but still... y all of the negativity about your team?

Welcome to the Planet.

Actually, I feel pretty good about the upcoming game.

I think the OLine will be incrementally better, leading to better pass protection and more holes for Holmes & Johnson. More time for Green means we can bring more of our weapons on line.

I also think the Defense will continue to improve. The fact that Miami lacks a truly dangerous receiving corps is a plus. And we should see what kind of shape Warfield is in.
