The more positive rep someone has the more it effects your rep. If someone has negative rep they can do no dmanage to anyones rep.

Iowanian doesn't show how much rep he has, but I'm sure he is top 5 in rep.

As qt said, ignore that it is there, its used here more for fun then anything else. Sometimes they even have rep wars where they double/triple rep worth and then destory someone's rep. Just go with the flow and don't worry about it.
