Our first drive in the 4th quarter following Dante's big punt return 52yds to SD 35. We had 2 quick 1st downs and we're on 1st and goal at SD 10.

1st-10: L. Johnson left end for 5 yds
2nd-5: T. Green right end for 2 yds**

Had we scored on this drive with a TD. It would have been 21-17 early 4th QTR.

**This was the play we should have scored and not kick the FG. That misdirection fake had the whole SD defense following LJ to the left and Green rolling out to the right with a ton of real estate and about 5-7 yds to the end zone but because we have a 35 year immobile QB, he could not outrun SD LBs that was about 10 yds to his left. What's worrying me more is the fact that none of our backup QBs could have made that dash to the endzone. And the fact that Al would call such a play is bizzare knowing that Trent isn't that fast with his legs. Unless the play was for Eddie to be wide open. EK did have one CB on him but I don't remember if EKwas looking to block the CB from going after Trent, thinking that Trent was gonna run for it but Trent on the other hand was hoping for EK to make a separation so he could toss an easy TD.
