If the Packers waived him he's probably not very good.

I can't think of a reason why Lenny Walls isn't getting signed. Today.
I'm not a genius like Carl Peterson is, though.

Cut Jerome Woods and sign him up. Woods is a total waste of money and a roster spot.

Did anyone notice any of the other football articles on that Yahoo link? Like the one about LJ bitching again after practice today about not being the starter?

We can't cut Woods. We still need him to line up against Antonio Gates when we play the Chargers again.

Walls is on Reserve-Injured. The Broncos haven't cut him, as far as I know they will do it at the end of the season.

Nov 1 Bill Williamson, of the Denver Post, reports the Denver Broncos have plans to release CB Lenny Walls (groin), who was recently placed on Injured Reserve due to a groin injury. Walls is expected to be healthy and ready to sign with a new team in about two weeks. "We thank the Broncos for this unique opportunity," Walls' agent Peter Schaffer said. "Lenny is looking forward to resuming his 2005 season elsewhere."

That's a surprise. I hadn't seen that. Looks like they are treating him well. Good for them and good for Lenny.
