For the game tomorrow at Buffalo...Rain, with 20-30 mph winds.
Advantage Chiefs?

I don't understand how this can be interpreted to be an advantage for the Chiefs...

Yeah.
The forecast says there's a 30% chance of rain. That means there's a 70% chance it won't rain. Weather is freaky though, so who knows...
This past summer there was a 30% chance of rain for like two straight weeks...it didn't rain a drop once.

Based on the two teams' strengths and weaknesses, plus the chance of wind and rain, sounds like we could be in for some stone age football.

The wind is the only concern, for both teams. Passing and kicking.

We have the better run defense.

The Bills are 31st against the run. If it's a run-heavy game, advantage Chiefs.

If passing is limited due to weather conditions:
Bills 8th ranked rushing attack vs. Chiefs 8th ranked rush defense;
Chiefs 7th ranked rushing attack vs. Buffalo's 31st ranked rush defense;
Any questions?

Just think...With the trouble people are having fielding Colquitt's punts under good conditions, I wonder how they will handle them under rainy/windy conditions?

Seriously. Do people act stupid on purpose? I refuse to believe that was natural.
BIG advantage Chiefs. About the only area it hurts us is with the speed of our WRs---probably their only real "strength"---but they rely upon Evans' speed for big plays, and without that, their passing game is Baltimore-esque.

Yeah, I just hope they're close enough to 100% to actually play effectively...
