Wouldn't it be nice to see a kind of rotation in the coaching staff? For instance, what if Kurt Shottenheimer goes back to secondary coach, Gunther fills the defensive coordinator spot left open, and Willie Shaw slip in as interim head coach until season end. At that time we fire the entire staff, bring in Gary Kubiak as head coach, Bill Cowher as defensive coordinator, Steve Deberg as offensive coordinator, and Steve tasker as special teams coach. It isn't as far fetched as it seems. Think about it.

I especially like the last part...we fire everyone and hire Cowher, Deberg and Tasker. Kubiak is kindof hard to take...but owell.
