I think it is way to early to be predicting the starters by the end of the season. We really don't know which of the young players will step up and which will need more time to develop. There is definitely a lot of talent on this team. It will be interesting to see how they progress.

I see tonights starting lineup as in being :

PG Jeff Hawkins
SG Russell Robinson
SF Bradon Rush
PF Christian Moody
C C.J. Giles

I would prefer Giles as a PF and Kaun at Center but with Jackson suspended for 9 games then we cant do that.

So as it stands our backups tonight will be Kaun at Center and Wright as PF.

I'll be at the game. My second one EVER. So, I'm super stoked. Actually leaving in a few hours to pick up my buddy from BCCC. Then it's off to Lawrence.

The only other game I went to was against PSU like 5-6 years back, so that doesn't count.

why would you put Russell robinson at shooting guard when shooting is an issue with him?

reverse robinson and chalmers imo

Jesus Christ we wont win 10 games if the starters are what you said. I hope it isnt true. I would have ....

Chalmers
Robinson
Rush
Giles/Wright
Kaun

I actually have HUGE expectations for this team in Feb. by that time I think these players will have enough experience to take it to the next level. These recruits are EXTREMELY talented, they just need a little coaching. These are the best raw talent recruits we have had in a while. The Simien Langford Miles class was good too, but Roy more so changed the way those players played the game. These recruits have amazing raw talent.

Jared Allen was at the game, being an Idaho State grad and all. I wonder if he is the most famous Idaho State grad.

Kaun and Giles should not play together, especially with Jackson out.

They are the only 2 legit Centers on the team.

We have too many 4's, let them get some action next to the BigMen, and keep one in reseve

I disagree let them play together and when they need to rest we may drop 4-6pts but when they are rested and both come back in together they can get it started again

Robinson,Chalmers,Rush,Giles,Kaun will be the starters this season.

Wright and Moody will come off the bench alot to give starters rest. Micha Downs and Rodrick Stewart will be playing some minutes as well, Micha Downs can shoot lights out, but he needs to get stronger. Hawkins should give the guards some depth.

Kansas is gonna be deep in a lot of positions for quite a while granted Rush and co. stay all 4 seasons.

Robinson may play himself out of a starting role b/c he's still turning the ball over too much. his Assist to Turnover ratio is 1:2.5 and thats horrible. Miles has a 2.72:1 avg. Can't give the rock up so easily
