the brigade. i can live with it. i guess its time to start dropping bombs on the AFL.

Cool name, even if the word "Brigade" has nothing to do with the Air Force. But that's just being nitpicky.

yeah, when i heard brigade, i was thinking army. i was hoping to god that our colors weren't something like green and brown. carolina blue, silver, and black should be cool. kinda like a carolina panthers remix.

God what terrible name and even worse logo. I mean it's just the worst frickin logo I've ever seen! They should have just gone with the "brush creekers"*

*yes that really was one of the final names they had to choose from.

I'd say the name is in the top half of the league.

The worst part for me isn't the name,which isn't great, but the logo. One of the names they considered was the Bombers, now if you are gonna use that logo at least name the team the Bombers. Christ...I blame Niel smith, to much time as a donkey melted his brain!

I was all set to by a jersey too. Now I'll just get my tickets and hope the team plays angry because of the horrible logo!

I agree with your logo argument, and further believe Bombers to be a superior name independent of the logo issue.

MY HS team was bombers...though a WWII B-52 on the inside gym wall.

Modern stealth bomber is nice logo use the Bomber name.

The Kansas City Bombers would have been a better name & they could have had Raquel Welch in for a promo or something too.

I think the Panthers have the ugliest uni's in sports... but at least they didn't go with Brush Creekers...

The KC Clash to me was the best pick for a name, with an exploding football as the logo. Brigayde. What a name....

I don't get it. :shrug:
Like the logo, the name...not so much. It kinda looks like a stingray.
