my experience has been that wellbutrin and lexapro in combination are quite effective...
and side effects consist of occasional dry mouth...

What I get a kick out of is the height/weight chart. That you're supposedly suppose to look at to know if you're overweight or not.
That chart says I'm suppose to weigh 160 lbs. I couldn't weigh that if I worked out constantly and ate perfectly. My body is not designed to be that, it is basically impossible for me to be at the right weight that chart says.

A few years ago, I tried to drop some weight because that chart said I was obese. Even though I didn't really think I was. I got within 10lbs of it and I felt like absolute shit.
So, I stopped doing that shortly after and I feel much better. Kinda funny what was suppose to be healthy for me made me feel worse.
Also, if I don't drink any soda for a day, I'll get a wicked headache. Probably resulting from the caffeine addict I've become.
