I know that it has been posted way earlier how to d/l this and play it but can I get a refresh? I think that I may try it overnight tonite to try to watch it on the plane home Friday. How do I do so & then watch it?

You just need to make sure you have Divx 6 installed and it will play fine.

My understanding is that to seed you need the whole game downloaded then as others get fully downloaded you can seed off of them. There are 10 of us trying to get to that point.

I am using Azureus. It shows 2 completed torrents out there and niether are online at this time. I would never call out DRU since he already did his time and then some. The other person needs to put their seed out there though.
Complete agreement with you on tonight though. I hope we see at least 8 seeders. I am at 74% still showing anywhere from 8 hours to 18 hours and my upload is twice as fast as my download rate right now. This is the only torrent I have running at the time too.

Azureus is reporting it incorrectly. I have the same thing.
If you go and look at DRU's tracker, NO ONE has completed the torrent.
DRU is the only seed.

This is strange then GC. I just pulled up DRUs tracker and it shows me 2 seeds out there with 40 peers. Which is exactly what Azureus is reporting for me.

And if you look at your "swarm" tab on Azureus, you'll also see only one seed.
I was at about 72% as of this morning so I should be seeding by this evening. I'll let it seed for the rest of the week like i did with the Pats game.
BTW, DRU, can I ask what hardware/software you use to do the capturing?

Hey DRU, I am having a hell of a time trying to get the Chiefs Raiders video to copy to a DVD-R. I have tried using the windows copy and nero 6 and neither one accepts it. What program do you use?

you're just trying to burn the AVI directly onto DVD so you can play in Divx player, right? Nero will work just fine, but you have to use UDF mode instead of ISO. It should have explained that to you when you put the AVI onto the ISO profile...?? ISO can't handle file sizes that large.

Drew, you get HERO worship from me. I am at 13% but here in Japan, when you leave the hotel room the power goes off. So, I hope to restart this evening. It would be awesome to have the full game before I have to check out of the hotel tomorrow morning so I will hopefully finish overnight tonite (17hrs ahead of you). For you and all those whom seed for the next 24 hours, I will provide a beer to one and all at the Jan1st game if there. This is awesome.

You'll get a chuckle out of this. I am going to lock myself out of my hotel room so I can keep the power on in the room while I am at the office. You have to put your room key in a slot in the room to turn on power. So, I am going to leave it in to keep d/ling. Stupid - maybe, desparate - definately! I would love to watch the game while flying tomorrow. Hopefully, all will go well.

Yeah that was the plan. I must be stupid though. I can't find anything about UDF on my Nero 6 and every time I try to select the avi to burn it freezes everything up.

I don't know about Japan, it usually takes 3~4 days to get the full game from Taiwan with 2Mb downloading bandwidth.

That's nothing to apoligize for. If you lost connection then you lost connection. When you're downloading you're uploading as well so that's just as good.
It's the people that complete the download and then close the torrent that deserve to rot in a hell full of donko and faider fans.

Yes, most likely it will. It will effect your ability to share as well. You need to make sure you have the bit torrent ports opened in any hardware/software that requires it. This would be any kind of Linksys router or something similar, ZoneAlarm, Internet Security, etc. Windows Firewall. Any of these would need the ports opened to take full advantage of bit torrent.

Yep, but they reset the internet access after 24 hours while I was at work & I just got back 1030pm and reset it. It had stopped at 37%. Now working again but probably wont finish in time cause I leave for the airport in 9.5 hours. :banghead:

I lost my connection yesterday as well, but fixed it when I got home and have been seeding since the early morn.

I want to thank all that have seeded. I could not finsih before my flight last night but at least I had the highlights to run & re-run over and over again. I will finish the entire game in about an hour here from home & leave it on to seed. Thanks DRU & all!!!!
Could we get this one going again,
I thought I backed it up but when i went to go copy it back from the data DVD it gives me a CRC error with less than a Min. Remaining on the Transfer, any suggestions to make this work or could we just get the seeders to put it up for the weekend so i can download it thanks
