I wonder if the new stadium will have a statue dedicated to Don Denniker, since Cards fans bring him up so much.

Yeah, that new stadium is gonna look nice though, at least somebody gets to make stadium improvements. They need to move it about 50 feet away from the interstate though, I don't think they planned it out very well. You could literally stand on the highway and throw a baseball into the new stadium.

Now if we could just get the rest of them.

Now if they could just finish the job and do the rest of the city I know I could breathe easier.

Is that the new stadium going up to the right of the old one?

Yeah, I think it sits half on the old lot or something.

Ozzie Smith was on the radio and said he was hoping they'd keep one section of it up forever like they did with the Roman coliseum.

No, that's actually a soccer-only stadium that will be the new home of the St. Louis Wizards in 2006.

Thanks, that is pretty cool multitasking of the logistics. It would be fun to see the time lapse of one going down and up at the same time. They might catch the construction crew re-using materials. ROFL

It'd only be fun if the new stadium were immediately torn down upon completion. Wasting the tax dollars of Cardinals fans is very funny to me.

Umm, Mr. Ozzie? The Coliseum is all pretty much still there. Yep, all the way around. Some of it's missing, but most of it, still there.

Royal fans, vent your frustrations at the Next Walmart Shareholders meeting.

Can you see yourself cheering for the Las Vegas Royals?
