Ang yet we still went 13-3, 2 years ago. Try having a point before you start a thread. You make yourselk look like a complete fucquetard otherwise.

Just posting for the benefit of those following the game on the internet. I'll expand on my point when, I don't know, I'm done watching the game.

You know your right but Priest has done alot since getting here.

5933 Rush yards
68 Rush TD's
2360 Receiving Yards
7 Receiving TD's
For a total of 8293 Total Yards and 75 TD's.

Larry hasn't done that.....yet.

Save your breath. Look at the thread starters avatar. He's just another Johnny come lately that wants to tout his new favorite player. In another 4 or 5 years, he'll talk the same shit about Johnson that he's talking about Holmes right now. It's a total lack of respect for a player that's given his all to this team on the field and kept himself out of trouble off the field, unlike another player who shall remain nameless at the point.

If you'd like to live in the past, that's your prerogative . Enjoy listening to Al Jolson on your Victrola, drinking Coca-Cola out of your icebox, driving your horseless carriage to the dime store, and crapping in the water closet.

Translation: I have no defense for unjustly calling out Priest Holmes. His stats speak for themselves so instead, I'll take a jab at the poster who just called me out on the carpet.

No, but we've been out of the playoffs in early December before.

I had no idea that liking both Priest and LJ was a zero sum game, thanks for laying out the ground rules.

As for my response, just responding in kind. The factual, statistic analysis will have to wait until Tuesday. I'm in court tomorrow, have an appellate brief due, and am working off of dial-up.

I love Larry Johnson, but Priest would've made that block to keep Scott Fujita from raping Trent Green in the 2nd quarter and causing a 14 point swing. That was the play of the game.

I'd agree, Larry Johnson is a better runner than Priest Holmes right now. That doesn't mean he didn't completely whiff on a block that got our QB killed and turned what should've been a 21-10 game into a 17-14 halftime deficit.

Priest was the shit and very valuable as a reciever as well, LJ has a bright future but dont take a shit on priest, he carried this team the last few years and was a huge part of this O.
