I read somewhere that next Saturdays game against the Seahawks will be the first time in NFL history that 2 teams with a combined 25 wins have played each other.

More like dumb stat of the day.

1. this is really "the first time in NFL history.....in the regular season". WTF cares? Teams with that many wins combined are what you often see in the playoffs and Super Bowl, so this is hardly unique.

2. and, because both teams have that many wins, there's not that much to play for, so neither team is highly motivated going into the game, unlike the playoffs.

This isn't directed at you, just at the thought that this is somehow significant, cuz it ain't.
