Thought this was kind of interesting. There are some nice places on this list.

[Warning: it's a slideshow that's kind of irritatingly fast.]

I will take the home on Lake Tahoe for $60 million. Do they take a personal check? :p

Given your username, I would guess that it's the one in Hawaii.

While I don't play golf, I must admit that I'm impressed by the one that has its own golf course. My personal favorite might be the second one, though. I guess I just like the big city.

I wonder if'n they'd accept an interest-only mortgage?

$402,959.48, Monthly Payment

You'd think that they'd price it a little lower to get that payment below $400,000.

Just think of the tax deduction.

I'll take number 3, land has always been more of priority for me than the house itself.

Some on those placed in New York City may actually making living in that nut hole cool.

There isn't one. Once you are determined "rich" you don't get the interest tax deduction. Paying $400,000 a month in interest would 100% deem you "rich."

You have to remember no one owns these homes. 99% of the time they are corporate properties that are included in finance packages. This includes utilities and upkeep. At least thats how it works on my mobile home.

Wow. Cool.

There are some "buttons" above the pictures that will let you stop the slide show and then go to the next one.

I'll take any of them......then sell it and retire

Think about how much it would cost to heat and cool those places. But I guess if you can afford to buy one you can definately afford to pay the bills on it.

So do you host a lot of CEO retreats?

I'm just surprised that a man that so obviously pays tremendous attention to detail didn't see that you can slow down the slide show.

Or stop it all together so that you can read the details!!

I did see it! I did see it! Now I see why LJ won't talk to the media.

When I slowed it down, though, it seemed like it didn't make much difference. And I had to hit "stop" on every page, or it would just revert back to the basic slide show speed. I found that annoying.

Number seven (the first one) looks pretty similar to the house of the Tenenbaum family, no?

Interesting. I didn't see the Neverland Ranch up there. Jacko still owns it yet he lives in Bahrain?
