That blows. Oh, well. Records are meant to be broken...

The c*cksucker tied the record after being put back into the game late in the 4th quarter. That touchdown put my fantasy team down by 2 points. If Heap doesn't have 60 yards against Minnesota, I'm f*cked.

Records are meant to be broken anyways. Cept DT's sack record.

Kyle Boller is a Pro Bowl QB now...I wouldn't doubt you'll get it. :hmmm:

LJ will own that record one day.

Funny how they didn't make that big a deal out of it when Priest broke the record.

I wasn't hearing the MVP talk that year, but you're right...hardly a blip. Thug Lewis was the talk with his 2000....but 500 of that came from one team.

I guess it just doesn't surprise me, given how much the national media likes to crap on the Chiefs.

Hopefully next year at this same time we will be talking about LJ breaking it.

The thing that saddens me the most about Alexander breaking Priest's TD record is that I think it will diminish his chances to get into the Hall.

Yeah, he was really overlooked that year. You would think the media would have been really playing him up since he was undrafted.

Now it is the Shawn Alexander show. I think he is great but I am sick of hearing about him.

Unfortunately I don't know even with that record if he would've gotten in. I hope he does but I am just not sure.

I remember on Inside the NFL a while back Costas mentioned that he had more yards than Csonka, more TDs than OJ, and most guys forget that he has a ring.

I just wish that ring was with the Chiefs.
