For priest to be successful, does he need a more dominant o-line than LJ?
Yes, priest benefits more from making people miss, and is quicker but less powerful. LJ is stronger and faster, runs through people better.
If so, did CP envision the o-line aging and the future need for a more powerful runner to offset it?
it was probably more of a negotiating tool for priest's hold-out, but turned out very nice
Has the play of the o-line diminished a little, but we don't recognize it because of the player LJ is?
maybe it has, and that's the reason our red zone offense has been considerably worse than 04.
Was LJ starting when Roaf and Welbourne were out?

Was it a mistake to let Priest and LJ split time?
Yes, priest got better as the game went on, but he needed all the carries to feel out the D. don't know about LJ
The chargers' rush d was #1 before we played them.
The 04 falcons rush d was #1 before we played them.
If the charger game had perfect and sunny weather like the falcons game, how many rush TDs do you think LJ would have had?
i think he would have gotten 4 or more by himself.
