week 16 - Steelers 41- Browns 0

Doesnt bode well for Lions.

The Lions have only scored 13, 17 and 13 points respectively the last 3 weeks against the Packers, Bengals and Saints.

I'd slit my wrists, but they are still covered with bandages from the Dallas game.

They haven't faced the resurgent Joey Harrington yet.

i just hope the chargers lose saturday, so at least sunday's game has a chance to mean something...at least until pitt's up 20-0 at halftime ugh.

...At this point about the best we can expect is a respectable 10-6 record and the rest of the off season to think about it. However, the Homer Chiefs fan inside of me would love for me to be wrong. Man; does that sound MPD or what???

Truth hurts. Maybe not as much as jumping on a bicycle with a seat missing, but it hurts.

Disgraceful.

My only positive this offseason will be watching the Colts stomp a mudhole in Denver's arse yet again...

Detroit is due to break out, and Pitt's defense is just a mirage.

Enh, there's hope that NE will get to play Indy in the 2nd round and maybe they can extend the curse on Manning. Then, NE would have to play @ Denver for the title ... I like that a hell of a lot better.

If Denver advances to the AFC title game and has to play in Indy... well, I'll just get sedated prior to kickoff and hope for the best.

I'd plan for this scenerio.....I don't see Indy losing at home.

Pittsburgh also hasn't lost a game in two years when they rush for 100 yards.

If we could do that, Pittsburgh's game would be irrelevant.

Oh, yeah. They're overdue for a collapse. The pressure on Pittsburgh has been building, building, building, and they've put out maximum effort these past three weeks. It's unsustainable, and they're about to hit their limit and collapse.

Perhaps, however, a Pittsburg loss would most definitely be more meaningful if there was any motivation at all for Denver to play their starters against San D Eggo.

Marty's not going to let Philip Rivers play, either. HEY, MARTY! YOUR SEASON'S OVER! LET THE TRADE BAIT PLAY!

Yup, sadly just like we couldn't count on Oakland actually taking out the Donx last week to make this week meaningful for Denver, we can pretty much count that the Lions are not going to come through for us.

About the only thing we could count on Oakland to do this season was lose.
