I'm shocked anyone would pick the Giants to go that far. Eli Manning isn't playoff ready, and their D isn't that great. Steve Smith will light them up. Peppers and Co. put the hurt on Manning.

Tiki Barber won't get very far. Carolina eats up small quick backs.
Giants gonna lose

Jake Plummer and Mike Shannahan will both be struck and killed by lightning. Wait sorry that's what I hope will happen.
Eh, Carolina let Julius Jones and Cadillac Williams carve them up in the last month. Way too schizophrenic for my taste. Giants don't lose at home.

Dude...Eli Manning...NOT READY.
Dude...Eli Manning...NOT READY.
Have you seen the quarterbacks in the NFC? I don't think there's a single one of them he can't compete with. I'd agree if you put him in the AFC, he'd be way in over his head... but he doesn't play in that conference.

Jake Delhomme is playoff tested and has Super Bowl experience.
I just don't see Eli standing up against the Panthers passrush.
Also, Matt Hasselbeck's pretty good if you ask me.
Hasselbeck's the only one I'd probably surefire put ahead of him at this point, but even he hasn't won a playoff game yet. I'd agree if it turns into a shootout and both teams have to win it with arms, that'd probably favor the Panthers, although the Giants pass rush is nothing to sneeze at. I'm going to go with Tiki though.

Jake Plummer reminds me of a young Harry Reems.

AFC Divisional Playoff #1 Winner:
New England over Indianapolis
Of course you would predict the outcome of this game to turn out like this. You know that your donkeys don't have a snowballs chance in hell of defeating Indy in their dome.
