The NFL has outlawed running after a clear and legal interception. If you get up and run, the Refs will take the ball from you and say that there was no interception at all.

Too bad. I like the old rules better.

I think they call it the "You're not allowed to intercept Peyton" rule.

Another new rule we learned about this week: "no encroachment if you think the other team false started, even if they did not." Now, I realize that he actually did flinch, but the refs apparently thought that he did not. There is accordingly no explanation for not calling encroachment aside from this new rule, which possibly applies only to the Colts.
