My cat ran away

My cat ran away.. some how. I came in the house and his collar was laying on the floor in my bedroom.. he scratches it off a lot. I wish he had it on him now. My phone number is on it. Worst time of my life.. one time of a hard another. I hope he comes home soon. Black cat (about 9 months old) with gold eyes. Salem is his name. Indoor cat with his huge/sharp claws and great fight skills :) still has his penis too.. Few little white hairs on him.. I miss my cat. And it's raining here. I've left food and water outside for him....

I hope he comes back. How long has he been gone? My cat seemingly ran away a couple of years ago. (She didn't have a coller on either) She was gone for about 5 days before she showed up on my doorstep like nothing strange had happened at all. My theory is that she went out too far and someone took her in, and she escaped. :)
