Overtime... there's going out on a limb. Does Hasselbeck say "We want the ball and we're going to score" after the coin toss?

I'd love to see him try it. His teammates would beat him down for karmic reasons.

And it won't be Seattle's offense winning it in OT. Roethlisberger will throw a pick/six on the fourth play of overtime. (Hopefully. Or else I had best find a comfy cardboard box.....)

I don't know, I think this is one the hardest Super Bowls ever to pick... I just don't know. I have a hard time not buying into the Pittsburgh hype. I think Seattle is underrated because they're just stuck up there where no one can see them. It's going to be interesting to see how well Holmgren's gameplan handles the Pittsburgh blitz... he has had two weeks to prepare for it... This is also the best pass D Pitt has faced... they shut down Steve Smith, Pittsburgh has to establish the run, I don't think they'll march right down through the air like the last 3 weeks.

Which means Pittsburgh will probably dice them up and win by 50.

We've come full circle... in 2001, the arena league Rams got all the attention, and the Patriots shocked everyone. Now it's the smack-you-in-the-mouth Steelers getting all the attention, while the highest scoring offense in the league is flying under the radar.

I think Seattle is underrated because they're just stuck up there where no one can see them.

Plus, they had only one MNF game, against a bad Eagles team... the heart of their schedule was SF twice, St. Louis twice, Arizona, Philadelphia.... and their one chance to impress anyone outside of Seattle ended up being Peyton Manning's day off. I've seen all the stats on their offense & defense, and I watched them beat Carolina, but I still have my doubts.

I think it could be a lot like Carolina/New England..... most of one half, if not the entire 1st half feeling each other out, while ending up being an overall really good game.

I think Seattle leans heavily on their pro bowl left side. And much like the Chiefs going up against good run defenses, their O-line makes the difference. Look for Alexander to have 125+ a couple scores.

I also hope that loudmouth Joey Porter get's his shit pushed in.
