I was pretty impressed with the Art Shell interview earlier today. Dirty Al sounded pretty defensive, but I think the general direction he is planning on going with will improve the Raiders over all. Too bad for us. Oh well, I guess Herm will have to stuff his solidarity down his throat.

Shell had a pretty decent record when he was there.

Hopefully the talent won't gel and other issue will pop up.

Otherwise they will be a force in AFCW

The guy has been out of football five years. He was never a good head coach before, and will be even worse now. Raiders really are a bunch of freakin dumbazzes!!!! Just think if the Chiefs would have done this?
