PEBBLE BEACH — Quiet, so quiet. Golf course quiet. PGA tournament quiet. And then from someplace near the 14th green at Poppy Hills Golf Course shouted, "Brady. Al Davis wants you."

Tom Brady, spun round and yelled back, "I'll never play for the Raiders."

You are so wrong. Between Daryl Stingley and Ben Dreith, Pats fans with long enough memories got alotta hate for those bastards of Davis...

One thing I gotta say, though, every time I mention Stingley, is that John Madden proved himself a very class act in going to the hospital many times to visit Stingley in the aftermath of that incident. Unlike Tatum, who never visited, talked to, or apologized to Stingley, and whom I basically hope contracts flesh eating disease...

Yeah, and the Raiders couldn't even give away their head coaching job. If Art Shell hadn't been mysteriously blackballed out of another head coaching job, he wouldn't have taken it either.
