At least the ones I met recently.

Got back from a Caribbean cruise where half the people on the ship were Canadians. One of the entertainers sang Proud to be an American and the whole place stood up and sang the song with him, Americans and Canadians. Only one guy was pissed and walked out. I said "French Canadian" and the Canadians sitting next to us laughed. This took me by surprise a little as there were military pictures of the ME playing throughout the entire song.

But seriously folks, canada sucks balls. I lived there for three months one summer. There are things that I didn't like, for some reason they think they are morally superior to us. Because they recycle, and don't have handguns, and begging is leagal. WTF

It's about Canadians supporting the United States. I know that goes up your ass a mile but I kinda figured you might like that.

There are things I definately dislike about Canada like the dog legislation they are passing out there and the gun issue. Funny thing was I talked about the dog issue a lot and only found 1 person from Canada that supported it in any way. One of two things happened there either the group I was with was smarter than most or they were just too wussified to be honest. I think it was the first.

I agree with the beer but the strip clubs up here suck. I had a great time at "The Outhouse" in Lawrence KS. Best time ever at a strip club. Lap dances are not allowed up here and the fact that we don't have bills in $1 and $2 denominations really blows.

You have to be kidding me. They take away your guns, kill your dogs and don't allow lap dances? When did the pipe smokers take over?

I am afraid we are no that far behind. Our very own jaz condones the systematic elimination of some breeds through banned breeding. :Peace:

Montreal is cool as hell. St. Catherine's Ave. for the Film Festival is amazing. Every theatre is showing entrants into the festival (think Cannes or Sundown film fests) and they block off part of the main st. and wet up a drive-in size screen to show films from every country all night.
You sit at the street cafes and drink and watch, its just cool.

Another thing: the strip club I, er my friend, goes to rules. In a nutshell:
*no cover charge
*Healthy mixed drinks for $3.00 American. They give you your booze in one glass and your mixer in another
*classy environment, old school stage with seats all around. Everyone was sitting in the back seats. I took my drink and cuban cigar and sat right at the stage.
*Drop-dead gorgeous women begin to come out. South Americans, Canadian, French, African, etc.
Then they start to come out two at a time. And then they start going full contact like any lesbian porn you've ever seen.
*I put a $10 on the edge of the stage as a tip. One of the establishment workers quietly tells me that there is no tipping allowed. I asked him how the hell they make their money. He said the girls make their money in the back room and which girl(s) would I like? (no lap dances allowed but you could **** 'em in the back room three at a time if you wanted)
*I'm married, my wife and I have a "look but don't touch" agreement. He told me I was welcome to stay all night if I wanted, it is not mandatory to take a girl to the back room.So I sat there and enjoyed an awesome show, good whiskey on the cheap, and a cuban smoke without being allowed to tip the girls or pay a cover.
(Of course there was the bitch in the clothing store who wouldn't accept American money *&%$@*)

Do you remember the name of this glorious establishment? Was it Club Super Sex in Montreal? I was there two years ago and they had three stages set up but there was no rug munching going on. One of the girls did offer to screw four guys who were from the US that were sitting next to us at the stage. I think it was $500 for all four guys with a time limit of 45 minutes. I'm not sure if they went for it or not. She was pretty hot though.

I don't recall the name but it was not Super Sexe. This place was small, one stage and not big signs outside. You go in,up a ramp, and there you are. It was close to a bar where they brewed their own beer, and a shop that sold white hot chocolate. I used to go there on business travel; I'll dig through my stuff and see if I can come up with a name for you.
Ah, walking down Ste. Catherines on a crisp Canadian winter night with a warm white chocolate, a cigarette, and the smell of hot lesbian stripper still in my nostrils. Good times.

John Milton: Let me give you a little inside information about God. God likes to watch. He's a prankster. Think about it. He gives man instincts. He gives you this extraordinary gift, and then what does He do, I swear for His own amusement, his own private, cosmic gag reel, He sets the rules in opposition. It's the goof of all time. Look but don't touch. Touch, but don't taste. Taste, don't swallow. Ahaha. And while you're jumpin' from one foot to the next, what is he doing? He's laughin' His sick, ****in' ass off. He's a tight-ass. He's a sadist. He's an absentee landlord. Worship that? Never.

Kevin Lomax: God damnit, what did you do to my wife?

You must be on the west coast. There still going strong here in NL, And unless they banned em’ in Toronto since I came off the highway back in 2000 they were mighty alive and well in ONT.
Then there’s Quebec...but ya have to go on hearsay about that place, I never stopped long enough to do anything but piss on the ground in a rest area a time or two :D
As for the bills, hell ya just tell em’ "if your really good you can take this loonie from between my teeth" and smile.

you have enlightened me. There were some nice things. The weather during the summer is unbeatable. 70-85 degrees, never got above 90 hardly any humidity at all. It is like early june all summer long. I saw some very pretty landscapes going to a lake "cottage." And the lakes are something else. In Winnipeg, The girls walk around damn near naked from mid-May until August. Manitoba has some super-fine women, all different types, white, asian, black, latin. Legal (you happy) age for everything is 18.

now I said some nice things, I wouldn't mind visiting.
Reasons not to live there

the indians. Ask these guys from Canada, real big social problem there.

the youth. I don't know why, but there were more homless kids there than anywhere I've ever been.

Violent crime. Contrary to Canadian beleif, no guns is not equal to no crime. The problem w/ not having guns is it leaves the general public vulnerable. When you don't have to worry about getting shot it removes a lot of the risk from crimminal activity. Plus people get beat to death or stabbed instead. plus the indians.

It isn't completly one sided but I don't like the way they run things up there. No offense O.H.

Canadians are the global version of Ned Flanders. Easy to make fun of but, for the most part, without any spite or nastiness. You kind of get a feeling of superiority but not as bad as the USA can be. And in a pinch you can always count on them to help. I've known more than a few nurses from Canada and I will say that I have much respect for them. To bad they're not Americans.

MAN is a fine provience, and "The Peg" is a great city.
Been there more times than I can count.
Used to park the truck at the Big Sky when I laid over. I knew Bill and Charity really well (They owned the bar out back till he retired and closed).
Made it to the "Hooters" grand opening as a VIP invite, what a blast.
Even got to know a few of the "boyz" that hung out at the Canadiana ;)
Haven’t been in the Peg for 4 years or so now, but had a blast every time I got there for a weekend.

Do you remember the name of this glorious establishment?

Hey CC,
I still don't remember the name of the place but I found a t-shirt I bought from a brew pub that is real close to the strip joint I described.

The pub is called Brutopia and it is located at
1219 rue Crescent which I think is just off St. Catherine. The strip joint is on St. Catherine in the same vicinity as this pub (don't know if this pub is still open).

Hope this helps. If you make it to the place I hope you'll let us know if the ladies are as fine as I remember them.
