Forgive me for missing all of the presumed earlier chatter about this but did the Chiefs cut Warfield so they could try to bring him back at a lower cost or is he gone for good...? and if so... why? He was getting pretty good. Yes, I know we have salary cap issues... was that the whole reason?

Been away a while.

Hey Beer Me nice to see you are doing okay!

The staff hasn't even talked to Warfield since the end of the season, so he knew it was coming. There wasn't even talk of restructering with him. Sure we could bring him back, but it seems they were pretty upset about the drinking incident and figured since a new staff was coming in now was the time to pull the trigger on him.

I'm hoping Hodge can step up, but we will have to see.
