Last night I made a trip to the local casino in Des Moines and turned a bankroll of $70 to $130 on the blackjack tables using perfect basic strategy. (Which can be found here (http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack). The casinos will even let you have the chart with you at the table because they still have a tiny edge even if you play perfectly).
Obviously I got lucky, because even with perfect strategy, the house in Des Moines had an expected payoff of about 99.3% if you dont count cards. There are other rulesets which get you even closer to even money in Vegas, but do we have any blackjack pros who know where the best midwest game can be found?
