It seems they are going after Jamie Martin. He could be decent, but yeah they are screwed this coming year.

Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports free agent QB Jamie Martin (Rams) is meeting with the Cincinnati Bengals Tuesday, March 14, and there is a chance he could sign before the end of the day.
