On the top, where it says Planet, Forums, Chiefs, etc etc.

Hover your mouse on Planet, and there'll be a dropdown box, where it says "My Profile" Click on that, and it'll show you your reputation list.

The max is 32767. How that particular number was arrived at I have no idea. There are about 30 of us that are maxed out.

That just happens to be the highest number a signed integer field in MySQL will hold. MySQL just happens to be the database platform this software runs on.
