I have never used it (on my hair, at least).

Anybody know what it is supposed to do?

It's supposed to prevent chin growth. Too bad Leno didn't discover it earlier in life.

It is part of a government brain experiment to influence your thoughts and "condition" your mind. Leave it in longer for deep conditioning.

ive used conditioner like twice my whole life

If I didn't use conditioner, my hair would look fried, and it would be damned near impossible to get a brush through my hair when I got out of the shower. Shampoo cleans your hair, and conditioner protects it from damage.
