Clarence E. Hill Jr., of the Star-Telegram, reports the Carolina Panthers have agreed to a four-year deal with free agent WR Keyshawn Johnson (Cowboys). Johnson received a $5 million signing bonus.

As for breathing a sign of relief I always get happy when the team is doing nothing to get better. In the NFL doing nothing basically means you're getting worse.

What a shitty offseason so far, he would've made a good poss. reciever and brought some attitude to our WR corps.

Different bonuses. A signing bonus is the bonus you get when you sign the contract.
