Local news reporting a deal may be getting done. Sighs of relief should fill KC.

If this works out - it's a great fit.

We weren't going to sign him anyways. But we don't have to worry about it anymore.

I always breathe a sigh of relief when it's a great fit.

Clarence E. Hill Jr., of the Star-Telegram, reports the Carolina Panthers have agreed to a four-year deal with free agent WR Keyshawn Johnson (Cowboys). Johnson received a $5 million signing bonus.

As for breathing a sign of relief I always get happy when the team is doing nothing to get better. In the NFL doing nothing basically means you're getting worse.

Good pickup for them. They really needed someone to help out Smith.

Another one bites the dust-ugh.....

What a shitty offseason so far, he would've made a good poss. reciever and brought some attitude to our WR corps.

Besides Arrington, Law and Woodson, the free agent market is bone dry.

Good job Carl.

A signing bonus is paid up front.
That's money he'll see right away.

The n00b Is learning.. .for some reason I thought players were cut so that their bonus's dont get paid and dont count aganst the cap

Different bonuses. A signing bonus is the bonus you get when you sign the contract.
