I think your face looks better with longer hair. However, if you go with shoulder-length, you have to do that style where it flips up underneath but is straight everywhere else. That automatically adds 0.7 attractiveness points to any woman.

It's not an uncommon style, but I can't find an example. It's kind of like this.

I'm probably an outlyer here, but on some women, really, really short hair can be very attractive as long as it's short enough to be over the ears. However, it's a risky move, because on most woman it looks bad.
Halle Berry manages to pull it off here.
