The mrs is at a country western concert(no thanks)with some girlfriends and i just got back from a local watering spot and am starting on a 2nd 6 pack.

Got some Warren Zevon,BoDeans and Genesis in the cd changer.

Ok, I got a question? I don't drink very much. It takes me about a 12 pack to get hammered. How much crown and coke do you think it would take me to get drunk?

Me, I'm an amature. I have one travel size crown and will buy more. I don't even know how much of each I mix? I weigh 200 pounds if that helps.

I'm not much help but I'd tell you to mix it to your taste,start out with less crown and more coke and keep sampling,hell you might find out you're a crown on the rocks kinda guy.Then again you could be totally shitfaced in a half hour.

Crown and Coke is going to be my drink this weekend. I loved it the first time I tried it and I'm ready to do it again.

Had a couple earlier, but that is all. I have the day off tomorrow so I don't want a hangover on my time. I am going to be putting the motor back in the boat. :D

Hmm, well I did get hammered after golf last night and worked today. Saturday will be probably be another one, Sunday is a day of rest you know. :D

I'm not even in the room anymore,I just got a new sound system for the gameroom and this will be her first weekend with it,holy hell I'm gonna have to leave the building.

So are you going to share this breakthrough?

I study biology using math. We put genes in bacteria that make make proteins that glow. We measure how fast the glowing changes. We call the changes in glowing "genetic noise". We write lots of equations that describes the noise in terms of the chemical reactions that make the proteins from the genes. From this we learn more about how the cell uses its genes to make proteins. The noise that we measure is contributed from two sources: within the gene itself and from outside the gene. Understanding these two sources is a big deal in our field. I derived a theory for distinguishing these two sources in January. Since then we've collected a lot of data that we didn't understand. Tonight, I made my theory match our data. We should get a pretty good publication (maybe Science or Nature, if not a journal just below those two) out of it. Should be in print in < 1 year. Sorry you asked?
