Need to remove some spyware

Any good programs out there that can clean up a computer?

I don't know what one of my employees was looking at, but his machine is really junked up. One of the ladies in the office used his coumputer this morning for something, and some intresting pop up windows came up. I need to clean it up for him.

If you're running XP or 2000 you might want to install Microsofts Anit-Spyware on all the machines too.
