Does anyone remember them? Pretty good industrial band from St. Louis that was most popular in the mid-late 90's.

The time is wrong, the time is right--be careful who you kill tonight...

I was a big fan of theirs. I liked how they worked the guitars in their music, some of the stuff I do in 9vR I can trace back to Gravity Kills.

I have the Pointessential Volume I where that song was submitted as local talent, well before it found it's way onto the Se7en Soundtrack.

Also on that disc

Sun-Sawed in Half
The Urge - I imagine everyone knows them by now, but I'd known them forever, as Todd Painter [trombone dude] was a good friend at University.
Wilco - Just getting started after the breakup of Uncle Tupelo.
Five of These - Robynn Ragland's band, formed in the brief semester she was at Wash-U Law School.
The Finns

good times.

I remember them. They were pretty good. I did forget that they were from across the State. Does anyone have a where are they now for us or is this all just a trip down memory lane? No pun intended.

I was a huge urge fan back in the day saw them about 11 times. I was sad when painter left. He gave them good sound on horns

I believe one of the reasons they broke up is b/c their keyboardist severely f*cked up his hand...damned shame.

Another group that I always associated with Gravity Kills is Orgy. I really liked their cover of Blue Monday.

Saw him a year or so ago at Home Depo. Did the settling down in The County thing and has a band that does weddings and mitzvahs.

Yep....good stuff....about the same time I was into Stabbing Westward.....Stabbing Westward's debut album "Ungod" still ranks in my top 10 all time.

Incredible debut album.
