Internet Explorer keeps shutting down

Can anyone tell me why my internet explorer would keep shutting down when I click on a link? It doesnt happen everytime I click on a link, but, it happens alot. It's like the computer thinks I am hitting the X button sometimes when I click on that link. I have never run into this before.:shrug:

If you decide not to go with Firefox, this is often caused by some sort of an add-on. It could be some sort of spyware or adware, or it could be a legit plugin.

In IE, go to the Tools menu and select Manage Add-ons. Disable ALL of them and give it a try. If your problem goes away, start reenabling them one at a time until you find out which one is causing the problem. Good luck!

Yes. Never use IE again unless it is an emergency. You will definitely love firefox and all the cool extemsions available for it.
