I think that's the concussions talking.

And watch as Clinton Portis' production skyrockets.

BTW, I think Herm will teach Derrick Johnson how to tackle this year.

What will LJ do without all those WR screens to Dante?

Or an empty backfield on 1st down to Richard Smith?

Or a pass play on the 2 yard line to our 2nd string TE?

How are they supposed to know that our OL coach, now OC was the guy who designed the running plays last year...

But I think their point is that you can't expect our team to keep doing what they were doing on the offensive side of the ball when you switch your play caller, which is partially valid. Of course who knows, it may get better...

You were much better when you didn't talk and you did block for Barry Foster...

Or one too many hits off of Michael Irvins "friends" Crackpipe!

This is just stoopid. Herm wants to run it more and has named him starter. Since the Offense will be on LJ's shoulders, how is it going to hurt not having Al there to call a Dante-triple, super secret reverse-when we need 1 yard??

Hey, they get paid for stuff like this, why should we expect them to have such deep knowledge...

I'm surprised we haven't had a Merril Hodge sighting on this thread yet.

Hey Merril-Football isn't about cutsie trick plays-its about smashing the other team and making them lose their will to play. This guy is brain dead.

I thought it was funny because Hoge was saying the exact opposite of his usual offensive philosophy. You would think Hoge would be the type of guy that would hate Saunders's style of play.

Watching him struggle thorugh every single one of his segments, is not even funny anymore - just sad and annoying. Anyone else think he threatened to sue ESPN if they didn't keep him one, due to his concussion syndrome?

I'm calling BS on this Hoge.

Not having Saunders and some of his cute plays will help us.
I wonder how long Synder will put up with his BS over calculating O plays. to fake out there D.

Merril Hoge is also an idiot.

I don't think it's an extraordinary prediction.

For starters, the odds of him continuing on his current pace are slim anyway. Now add in what could be a less effective passing game, and aging players at so many offensive postions, not only in the passing game, but also on the O-line.

Sooner or later this offense is going to start declining.

Hoge also said that Croyle will be the best QB, of this draft, after three years in the league. Where does this guy get his information. :cuss: :shake:

He would have been, but the Chiefs drafted him, so he's ruined now.
