AFI- I have liked them for awhile, but lately I can't seem to get enough of them. I heard the singer Davey Havok, has Cancer. Has anyone heard the latest? Does anyone else dig this band??

New Cd comes out 6-6-2006 called Decemberunderground I have been listening to the 4 songs they previewed on their site, over and over. IT ROCKS.

They will be at Uptown Theatre on July 5th if anyone cares. I can't wait to see them.

Sounds like another good band with good musicians that have one of those singers that makes it a teenager band.

I have been listening to them a lot-I am very impressed- hard rocking and very dark.

downloaded the album earlier today and have listened through it, twice.
i like this album almost as much as sing the sorrow. some of my favorites include: Kill Caustic, The Missing Frame, Miss Murder, and 37MM

I think these guys are homos if you ask me. I saw them on MTV music awards dressed out in total emo attire. Jef black hair, emo hair cut, make up, etc. They really seek attention. I bet it took them a few hours to get ready. Give me the more regular joe bands that aren't as fake and just like to rock.

Just watched AFI's I Heard a Voice. This DVD rocks out. Not a bad song on there. High energy, great sound and rowdy crowd.

They just moved into my top 10 favorite bands.

I like some of their songs, but they're absolutely brutal to look at. Not my scene at all.

I'm big time into the new Fall Out Boy CD that leaked a week or so ago.
