Wow ... congrats to Herm. He is taking over a 10 win team from 2005 and was voted #1 over 7 guys that have never been a head coach before (unless I'm missing something)... Jauron and Shell.

Now, there's an accolade that I'm sure he is framing behind his desk.

Like you say MHM, a collection of 1st HC gig guys, retreads with time between gigs (and Jauron's 1st gig was not pretty), and then Herm, taking over the best non-playoff team in the AFC, with a potent offense already.

oh yessss!!!! here comes someone playing the n00b card... I'm pretty sure Bush will have more than 3 TD's in his first 2 games. Mario Williams is the next Bruce Smith, too? OK.
