Tom Casale, of Patriots.com, reports New England Patriots CB Eric Warfield played very poorly in the team's recent minicamp. Warfield was unable to keep up with receivers and struggled to react to passes thrown his direction.

Haha

Warfield looks shakey?

My uncle used to have a giant shot of Wild Turkey to get rid of the shakes.

Good.

You never want a former Chief to look good on another team. Especially an AFC team.

all starts up front ya knowYeah, because the Patriots have a history of making bad free agent pickups. Those idiots wouldn't know a decent defensive player if they sat on him. Warfield suxxors. What were they thinking?

(Here's hoping he does. You know...suck.)

To be that skinny and have boobs that big, especially in a sportsbra type top. If it isn't, I hope she's doing porn.

A guy I know took a picture of her as she was walking through the CNE (Canadian National Exibition - Annual fair with rides, midway and big t*tted ladies). This fair is on the grounds where the Blue Jays and Argos (CFL) used to play, Exibition Stadium. It was one ugly stadium. Not far from the Rogers Center, formally the Skydome.

Who are the receivers Warfield is struggling to cover? The Pats lost Givens and Branch isn't in camp, so I wonder who is embarassing him now.

Since Warfield apparently has the DTs, perhaps it is only fitting he put on 90 lbs and the pats move him to DT. [/schwarzenegger pun]

I'd still have him over any corner we have on the right side, especially at the bargain basement price the Pats got him at.

I wouldn't want him on the team right now. The Chiefs need a culture change. Warfield is a pu**y, he's soft, he's NOT a winner and he had such poor judgement that he damaged the team last season by getting a DUI. I'm glad he's gone. He was an example of what is/was wrong with the defense from a philosophical standpoint.

I know some of you guys think he was a good tackler but he's not. I mean, if you compare his tackling capability to Hasty, Carter, Kevin Ross (who hit like a tank and was only 5'-9" and 190lbs) then it's obvious he was not much in run support. He's the Pats problem now. Good Riddance.

Yeah, those Patriots sure struck hold picking up CB Duane Starks last year.

As good a tackling DB as we have on the roster.

he's NOT a winner

Forgive me for not judging a corner by how many Super Bowl rings they have. A f'ing cornerback for christ sakes.

The simple REALITY is this: Warfield > KC's DBs bar Surtain, and even that wasn't a given last year.

Prediction - Warfield will be cut after playing only one unremarkable season with NE.

I do agree bar Surtain he was the best Corner. However, that's not saying much. I'm a big advocate for signing Ty Law or a better than Warfield "Red Chip" type of player to take his place. Then Lenny Walls and Benny Sapp can duke it out over the Nickel and Dime slots.

I'd cut Bartee too (If it makes cap sense. He's a non winnner too)

I know it's not saying much, but that's because we didn't solidify the position, let alone upgrade it.

Don't get me wrong, I WANTED Warfield gone... but that was because he was making a ton of coin.

I'm hoping we sign someone. If not then it's Carl being a tightass or they really think Lenny Walls can play. Hopefully with Welroid retiring it'll let them get a deal done with Law without denting the future cap.

The Scout Pats reporter I've spoken to about Warfield indicated he looked pretty good throughout OTA's. This is the first report I've heard to the contrary.

I agree totally. I said this almost a year ago and got slammed by a bunch of EW lovers-Now what Biatch's-lol

Oh and I have never liked Welburp either-but yet some think he was the best in the league.

Junior and Simms are next!!!

You got slammed because you're critisism of Warfield was ridiculous.
There were some that had a more realistic view that agreed with you in their desire to see Warfield gone.

Oh and I have never liked Welburp either-but yet some think he was the best in the league.

More ridiculosity.
Not one person has suggested that Wellborne was the best in the league.

Stop making ridiculous statements, and people will stop slamming you for being moronic.

No.

I told this to Skip a while back.

In the Navy, I told a shipmate he didn't appreciate the ridiculousness of Soap (the TV show).

The EOD Commander working with us told me the word is "riciculosity".

When we got back on land, I looked it up in more than a couple of dictionaries, and couldn't find it anywhere.

I decided I didn't care.

"Ridiculosity" has an easier flow to it than does "ridiculousness".

I like it, so I use it.
