Planning a trip to the Ozarks.

My buddies and I are planning a trip to the lake of the Ozarks on the weekend of June 30-July 2nd. Where are the good places to stay and what about the prices of jet-ski rentals? We are probably going to put a reservation down tomorrow or Tuesday. I know we should've done it a lot sooner, but oh well. It's going to be a huge drunkfest, no doubt about that.

Try Lone Oak Point resort.
Very nice resort with cabins.
Jet ski rental is like $55/ hour plus you pay for gas fillups.

This is by Sunrise beach.

We go there atleast 2 times /year.

Ok what part do you want to be at on the Lake? Quiet area to drink or Party Cove. If you want quiet area, then check out Gravois Mills, Laurie, Sunrise Beach. Party side go to Osage Beach. Osage Beach has a little bit of everything from national hotel chains to luxury resorts to campgrounds to hole in the walls.

For a hotel I would recommand Inn at Grand Glaize.

For jet skis and boats, http://www.glencovemarine.com/boat_rentals_new.html. Glencove is the one I would go with.

For the best places to party. Horny Toad is the #1 place, Shooters 21 is #2, Topsider and Salty Dog are very good as well.

Well all of us are under 21 with a few having fakes. We're looking to get a condo. There is going to be six of us. I would prefer to campout and save money, but most of my buddies are loaded with money. We'll definately be drunk both nights we are there. So we're looking for a place where more ladies will be.

Last minute trip? Hope you're ready to fork out some major dough for a hotel or campsite. Sounds like you're in for a weekend of fun. Don't forget the sunscreen! I highly recommend Coppertone Sport continuous spray. Waterproof and sweatproof. I use an SPF 15 when laying out. I'd recommend an SPF 30 if you're gonna be out in the water all day.

Nightime go to Bagnell Dam strip, thats the best place for under 21 crowd.

Don't hit cruiser swells at full throttle. Broke the hell out of my foot a couple of weekends ago at the Ozarks.
