ROFL
I disagree dude, plus - they lost out this year is because the starters were too beat up, and worn out from playing too many minutes during the regular season, not taking away from D-Wade and Shaq at all, but that's the truth. Their style of play wears the starters down and Flip kept them all in too long during the course of the regular season.

Isaiah Thomas is a dumbass.

I agree with this.

I may not live in New York and see the "everyday" happenings of this situation but the way I hear it, Isiah basically wouldn't work with Larry, traded for questionable talent, and let "Starbury" run the show. Why Marbury is supposed to be the best, I'll never understand.
Larry Brown is obviously a good coach and should have been given some time, right?

That aside, even if I'm wrong - can someone kinda summarize it for me, what happened?

He's had much more success in the NBA than he did in college.

I've never really followed the NBA. I just remember the golden year when he got my Jayhawks a National Championship.

F you Stern!!!!!!!!!!!

He averaged 11 FTA per game during the regular season and 16 FTA per game against Dallas.

He also averaged 18 FGA per game during the regular season and 23 FGA per game against Dallas.

Are his increased FGA per game a conspiracy too?

:deevee:

more shot attempts = more fouls = more free throws

Isaiah Thomas is the worst GM in the NBA, which is kind of like being the dumbest retard in the home. He may also be one of the worst coaches in the league, which is somewhat like saying he's the worst head of a herd of buffalo that just sits there while hunters pick them off by the thousands because they don't know what the f*ck is going on.

Well, I like both of their skills in the postseason. But for the regular season, I like Self's record better.

This will be exciting. I'm excited. We should see some great stuff when Isiah finishes off running this team into the ground. Brilliant move, firing one of the best coaches in the NBA, and replace him with Isiah Thomas. With Isiah's record of failure, they really need to crash and burn though...I'm talking about a 4 or 5 win season. That will cement his legacy as one of the greatest disasters of all time. Rich Kotite will be calling him for tips.

Yeah, pretty much because of his final season in Indiana, but he never got out of the first round of the playoffs. That last year they had a good year and got the 3 seed then choked it away in the 1st round... just never really reached their potential.

steve francis is washed up, nate robinson should be coming off the bench, would be a great change of pace pg imho, crawford is nice but no super star...the knicks are a young team theyll be competing in a couple years, by the time they are ready to compete theyd be smart to get rid of thomas

also larry brown will win more games for a team then marbury

John Hammond, VP of basketball ops, he wasn't "forced" but it was leaked that they were fighting over it - Joe was the guy who fought, and one, for Darco...
