My Day Yesterday and Today

:hmmm: I was at papasmurfs yesterday....laying in the pool and drank a few beers. Alas, I found the BB gun....lol. I was shooting at flowers. He kept saying DON'T shoot my flower pots. ROFL I wasn't, however........na I didn't hit one.

Today??? I borrowed the tree poll cutter? Long son of a gun. NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS HEAVY! Chit, First limb I tried to cut I found myself hanging with myself with the rope around the poll and my feet of the ground trying to pull the stupid chit! I have more bruises than Carter has pills on my arms!! FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Then I continue on to shape my shrubs....Here I go again with ropes around my ankles and legs as I did with the tree topper....what a freaking day.

Guess what? Beyond MUCHO brusies and rope burns I made it without and accident! Amazing huh?

So enjoy your fun with this. I wil never ever hang from a tree poll trimmer again!!!:cuss:That hurt so freaking bad. I believe I will take the washing machine incident again. :D

I had trees so tall in my backyard, I boltes a 1-1/4" PVC pipe to the bottom of the pole to get the thing like 30-feet up. Had to extend the rope, too.
So, with the added weight, height/wiggle and the rope tangling and wrapping around, and the friggin saw part getting stuck on branches ABOVE the one branch I was trying to hook the cutter onto....
Well, let's just say the wife had to takea the kids to a movie while I did this, so they would not increase their swear word vocabulary by a few dozen words. I even invented some new ones that day.
