I am headed up to Cooke City, Montana for a little ATVing and fly fishing with my wife. The forecast looks FANTASTIC!

It has been in the 90's down below here so the mountains will feel nic efor a few days. I also plan to suck down a few tasty beverages along the way and avoid grizzly bears if I can. :hmmm:

Working for the weekend. Heading out to Ozarks Monday afternoon. Visit old friends in Monett on the morning of the 4th, then back to the family in Bolivar for the afternoon and night (including the in-town fireworks display over SBU) for homemade ice cream and fireworks at the folks' house after dark. Then back to St. Louis sometime Wednesday.

I gotta work nights this weekend as well as 4th of July night, but have the 3rd and the 5th off, which is sort of nice in a ****ed up Bizarro World kind of way. Anyway, on the 5th I'll make a short trip to the campground where my daughter and her husband are gonna be that week.

Head to Bennett Springs on Saturday for some floating then back to the Lake of the Ozarks for the rest.
