Basically says this book is a load of crap. if so that really troubles as I took so much from this book. or maybe "so I thought".

I dunno. It sounds like there's one critic and more than one defender. I'd certainly be disturbed if it turned out to not be fact, but in reading that critique, I would probably lean toward thinking it's the other argument: fact, but with details forgotten over the years and incorrectly filled in.

Yeah I beleive it is true under that kind of situation I'm actually more suprised how much he DOES remember.
