...bad.

The discussion was on AFC RunningBacks:

They started by saying he wasn't an elite back.

Elite backs included Tomlinson, Rudi Johnson

Put him in a category with Ronnie Brown and Willis McGahee.

Said toward the end they would trade LJ for Rudi Johnson, Ronnie Brown, and (I didn't catch the last part, but I believe also) Shaun Alexander.

There is a HUGE difference between having 1 good year and damn near taking the rushing title with only 9 starts... in which he had over 100 yds rushing in each one of those starts.

An ELITE player is one who takes his team to a whole new level.... LJ definately qualifies.

KC last year without LJ goes 5-11 or 6-10 at BEST.

LJ was actually second in the league in 20+ yard carries. Tiki was first with 16.

I also like how at the end of the segment where they talked about LJ, Trey Wingo addresses LJ directly and says something to the effect of, "Well, LJ, if you can show us that you can do this over 16 games, maybe we'll include you in our elite back category." I'm sure that's LJ's motivation this year -- to win over the hearts and minds of Wingo, Tom Jackson, and Merril Hodge.
