WALMART DID THE RIGHT THING!!!!!
The offered us a settlement to replace the engine, and the rental car bill.
It was more than our costs so we accepted it.

:toast: ONE FOR THE GOOD GUYS

When I ran a dealership shop I loved Wal-Mart oil changes. Made a lot of money because of the idiots that work in their shop.
My favorite was when they filled an engine up with washer fluid and the washer fluid resevoir with oil.

Wow, that pretty much sets the bar. ROFL

I still refuse to let anyone else service my cars for that reason.

Congrats on the settlement!

Are they all Chinese, or did they find an American supplier?

But that can't be. That's just impossible. Wal-Mart is The Evil Empire and it's out to destroy us all. There's just no way they could actually take care of a customer like that.
