I knew what that clip was going to be before I clicked it based on your description alone.
That's a match from Pride Fighting championship. It's Don Fry vs Takayama in pride 21 (2002) and stands as one of my favorite moments in MMA history.
After the match Takayama looked like hamburger.

The Japanese fighter (Takayama) is the larger guy with the blonde hair. Don Fry is the smaller white guy with the porn stache and US flag shorts.
Don Fry won the match due to referee stoppage (punches). He beat the living hell out of Takayama, who can take a punch but apparently not 200 punches (who could? lol).

Sorry, idiot me. I didn't notice much other than "big blonde guy versus smaller guy" and it didn't register that the big blonde had one of those idiotic dye jobs for an Asian. :banghead:
